Kevin Love’s Fiance Responds To LeBron James Asking To Be Invited At Their Wedding After Big Dunk Over Her Man: “We’ll Consider”

2 Min Read

LeBron James had a big game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night, exploding for 38 points, dominating his first team in the NBA. The King displayed all his quality once again at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, getting a big win for the Los Angeles Lakers against a dangerous rival.

In the middle of the game, he posted some incredible plays, including a big dunk over Kevin Love. The Cavaliers big man was hurt by that play, even getting his revenge on LeBron. The 37-year-old also showed his remorse about that dunk, repeatedly stating that he felt bad about posting that play against Love, whom he won a championship in 2016 with.

As soon as the match ended, James made it clear he didn’t mean to hurt Love in any way, even wondering if he was still invited to the player’s wedding

“To be completely honest, I hate it had to be him… I hope I’m still invited to the wedding… K Love, I love you. I wish I could take those two points back. We’d still win the game by 9,” James stated in his post-game interview.

This was a funny moment from LeBron, but it wasn’t the end of that situation. Love’s fiance, Kate Bock, heard the news and gave her two pennies on this situation. The Sports Illustrated model took to Instagram to issue a response to the King, but it’s not clear if she’ll agree to Bron being there on her special day.

“LOL, we’ll consider,” Bock captioned.

Seeing how close James is to Love, the big man won’t mind having his friend at his wedding, even if he posterized him. They lived incredible moments together, created something good in Cleveland, making it to four straight NBA Finals.

Now Love is trying to lead a group of young players through the Eastern Conference, while James is struggling with a veteran team in Los Angeles.
