Legendary Tweet From O.G. Anunoby In 2014: ‘If Your Girlfriend Says Hey To Me That’s Our Girlfriend Now IDC’

OG Anunoby made the headlines on Thursday night when he hit a buzzer-beating 3-pointer to give the Toronto Raptors a 104-103 victory over the Boston Celtics. He was cold as ice during that shot, giving his team a very valuable victory; if he missed that, the Celtics would’ve taken a 3-0 lead in the series.

Anunoby became the most famous in the league for at least one night and everybody started to search his past to see what juicy thing they could find. Well, the only thing they found was that this guy was always confident and bold on and off the court.

Back in 2014, three years before the made it to the league, the British-Nigerian forward was on Twitter making some moves and letting people know that he wasn’t afraid of stealing other people’s girlfriend, just like he stole the Celtics’ W last night.

“If your girlfriend says hey to me that’s our girlfriend now idc,” he posted in 2014.

Well, you know this guy is ready to do whatever it takes to win. That’s only he can think of and the Raptors can’t be happier about it. As his name indicates, they have a real OG on the roster and this kid is only 23.

The future is bright for him and his big confidence. This is his third year in the league and his improvement has been remarkable.

Toronto will try to tie the series this Saturday, hopefully with less drama than in Game 3.
