NBA players tend to have some interesting hobbies, and Indiana Pacers big man Myles Turner sure has quite an interesting one, too, for a mountain of a man. Turner has a massive collection of Lego sets which he flaunted earlier this year on TikTok and with the effort that had to go into these, we’d say it keeps him quite occupied for the most part.

The ones he showed last year were highly impressive works with somewhere between 1,000 and 10,000 pieces, but those seem to pale in comparison with what he put on display on Friday night.

“100,000 Pieces I present to you…Darth Myles “

We can only imagine the amount of effort that must have gone into making this 100,000-piece Darth Myles set. Turner definitely seems very passionate about this and it’s good to see him take this much enjoyment from it. Not a lot of people would do something that is as time-consuming and requires as much dedication as building these in their free time and definitely not an NBA player. With all the fame and money that comes with the job, this is not the type of hobby that you’d associate with someone like him.

Turner probably also likes to do this to take his mind off what has been somewhat of a rough patch with the Pacers. Rumors have been circulating for a while now that Turner could be traded away from Indiana and they have persisted even after Domantas Sabonis was traded to the Sacramento Kings.

If the Pacers still want to ship him off to kick-start their rebuild, then rest be assured he’ll have plenty of suitors. Turner is an elite rim protector who has led the league in blocks twice and he fits the bill for a center in the modern NBA too, as he can knock it down from beyond the arc. If he does get traded, whoever ends up getting him will not only land a very good player, but they’ll also be getting quite an interesting character.

Marion’s versatility as a defender and his rebounding prowess, despite being just 6’7”, impressed Gautam immensely. He admired Marion’s finishing ability at the rim and his shooting, despite an unconventional jump shot, believing that Marion’s skill set would have been even more appreciated in today’s NBA.This transformative experience not only deepened his love for basketball but also shaped his approach to sports writing, enabling him to connect with readers through vivid storytelling and insightful analysis.
