There is no doubt that Michael Jordan was a one-of-one talent, but it is hard to see him average that much in the modern era, simply because teams often sit starters in blowouts. Even the best scorers today max out in the low 30s for PPG. However with Michael Jordan, the impossible is possible, and it would be wild to see him in the modern era no matter his averages.
Throughout his career, Michael Jordan averaged 30.1 PPG, 6.2 RPG, and 5.3 APG. He was arguably the best two-way guard to ever play in the league, and thus far, most would agree that nobody has surpasses what he has managed to achieve.
