NBA Fans Joke After Kendrick Perkins Shows Off His Impressive Handles

1 Min Read

Years removed from his days as an under-the-rim big man in the NBA, Kendrick Perkins often spends his days behind the camera, where he works as a basketball analyst for ESPN. Since being hired, he has spoken on a number of topics and has become a bit of a regular face on ESPN’s crew.

But amid worldwide quarantine and the suspension of sports, Perk found himself with a bit more free time than he knew what to do with. A video went viral of the former NBA big man showing off his handles in a little driveway dribble drill.

Even in his prime, Perk wasn’t necessarily a guy teams were looking to give the ball too. On the court, he was always more of a defender and rebounder than anything else. Clearly, though, Perk’s still got game and fans were loving it on social media.

The Lakers may have found their next point guard!

In all seriousness though, it’s unfortunate we’ll never get to see those moves on the big stage. Looks like Perk will have to keep his talents in the driveway for now.
