The Los Angeles Lakers faced the Utah Jazz for their final regular season game of the season. The game finished with a 128-117 score in the Lakers’ favor, and it is clear that they did a good job of securing a must-win game.

The team will end up facing the Minnesota Timberwolves in the play-in tournament, with the Lakers hosting the game. There is no doubt that this is going to be an exciting game, and many fans took to Twitter to react to the upcoming matchup. Some are clearly confident in the Lakers’ chances against the Timberwolves.

Others claimed that both teams are mediocre:

mid off

why 🍿 it’s a mid game by mid franchises not good enough to make the playoffs

There are definitely good players on both teams. The Minnesota Timberwolves have a three-headed monster featuring Anthony Edwards, Rudy Gobert, and Karl-Anthony Towns, while the Los Angeles Lakers have the championship-winning duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis. There is bound to be a lot of star power in this game, and it is easy to see either team winning, especially in a one-of-game rather than a whole series.

Hopefully, we see LeBron James and Anthony Davis rise to the occasion for this matchup. The Los Angeles Lakers will need every ounce of their production to win, and we’ll see what ends up happening in the future.
