Devin Booker is one of the best shooting guards in the league. He is a smooth three-level scorer that can get buckets from anywhere on the court, and he is clearly one of the brightest young stars in the league.

The Phoenix Suns clearly recognize that Devin Booker is the face of their franchise, and they obviously want to keep him around. Adrian Wojnarowski recently revealed that Devin Booker and the franchise have agreed on a 4-year, $224 Million super max contract extension.

Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker has agreed on a four-year, $224M super max extension, his agents Jessica Holtz and Melvin Booker of @CAA_Basketball tell ESPN. Deal begins in 2024-2025 and brings Booker’s total contract value to six years and $295M.

There is no doubt that this is a good deal for the Phoenix Suns. Booker is only now entering his prime, and he has shown that he can be the best player on an NBA Finals team. He could improve even further in his contract, and some believe that he’s already a top-10 player in the league.

Hopefully, the Phoenix Suns are able to build an elite team to complement Devin Booker. The Suns made the Finals in 2021, and perhaps they will be able to do so again in the future.
