During their duels in the NBA Finals, Draymond Green and LeBron James seem to dislike each other but we learned that was just part of their competitiveness and who they are as players. The Golden State Warriors faced LeBron James and his Cleveland Cavaliers in four straight seasons, winning three titles and losing one.

During those series, we could see Bron and Green going at it, barking at each other every game, which created the rumor that those guys had some beef going on. We learned that things weren’t so bad between them when they bet on a College Football game and with Draymond praising James when he had the chance.

This season, the DPOY award winner has taken things to the next level, expressing his admiration for the Los Angeles Lakers superstar, who is confirming he’s the best player in the world. The Warriors star has shared a series of tweets about James proving he really enjoys watching LeBron James playing basketball.

He couldn’t believe James was actually getting better in his 18th season in the league, also praising him for his smart plays and his domination over other teams. The 3x NBA champion is one of the smartest players in the league right now and he recognizes when somebody is doing great.

LeBron is the prime sample of that and Draymond doesn’t hesitate to show his admiration for the player. Recently, he congratulated the King for scoring 35K points in NBA history while not being a pure scorer. This year, we won’t see them in the Finals but if the Lakers and Warriors make the playoffs, we could see another duel between Green and James.
