During his short prime, Gilbert Arenas established himself as one of the most dominant players in the league at the time. Unfortunately, due to recurring injuries and locker room issues, Arenas' career was cut short.
Similar to the end of his career, Arenas' start of his career wasn't easy as well. Despite having great potential, Arenas was drafted in the second round of the 2001 NBA Draft. In fact, his college teammate Richard Jefferson was picked ahead of him.
Speaking of which, the former Washington Wizards superstar addressed this point and said he couldn't believe it. Upon hearing that, Jefferson clapped back at Gilbert while calling him immature at the time.
One might wonder if that was the end of the back and forth jabs between the two former players. Well, let us burst that bubble for you as that isn't the case. In a recent video, Arenas replied to Jefferson's roast in an epic manner.
"When they're sitting here going through all of these pointless a** you know conversations with them. It's pointless, like when I say it's pointless, we're 18, 19, 20 years old and you are about to give us money. What you're saying is irrelevant."

Arenas once again gave a befitting reply to Jefferson, and one might assume it's only a matter of time before Richard says something as well.
Because apart from saying Arenas was immature, Jefferson called him out in another manner too. He recently said that Arenas wouldn't make the NBA Hall of Fame in a direct conversation with him.
Keeping that in mind, it is safe to assume that Jefferson will soon try to roast Arenas once again. Now, what he will say, there is no way for us to guess that. We will find out about it in the near future.
