The Oklahoma City Thunder is an organization that is well-known for having immense amounts of draft capital. They are in a rebuild currently, and there is no doubt that those draft assets will be useful in the future.
While draft picks can be useful in drafting top prospects, they can also be useful in trading for star players as well. We have seen plenty of star players such as James Harden get traded for an immense amount of draft picks.
There has been some recent news that LeBron James could potentially leave the Los Angeles Lakers to play with his son Bronny James. There's no doubt that this father and son duo would be interesting to watch.
Kyle Kuzma has recently responded to a Tweet featuring the news about LeBron James and jokingly predicted that Oklahoma City Thunder GM Sam Presti is "about to sell the farm" to acquire LeBron James and Bronny James.
There's no doubt that acquiring LeBron James by the Oklahoma City Thunder would require copious amounts of draft assets. Even though he is 37, he is still a top-tier player and is currently averaging 29.1 PPG, 7.7 RPG, and 6.3 APG. If the Oklahoma City Thunder don't get a top-tier pick the year Bronny James will get drafted, then the pick that will turn into Bronny James will cost a lot of draft compensation as well.
As of now though, we'll have to wait and see if Kyle Kuzma's hilarious prediction ends up becoming a reality. It is still unclear if LeBron James will in fact leave the Los Angeles Lakers to play in the league with his son. As of now, LeBron James is likely focused on turning the Lakers' season around and trying to get the team to the playoffs. However, seeing LeBron James and Bronny James in the same uniform is an exciting possibility, one that could potentially happen in the future.
