LeBron James is a big fan of football; he is constantly talking and posting about the game. James played when he was in high school and could have gone pro in the NFL as well, but decided to become one of the greatest NBA players ever. All that considered, though, he is an avid fan of the league, talking about it when the games are on.

The NFL’s Divisional Round is currently going on as they build towards the 2023 Super Bowl. And in a dominant performance on Saturday night, the Philadelphia Eagles destroyed the New York Giants. They were led by young star quarterback Jalen Hurts, who has been enjoying a breakout season. And following the win, Hurts got some support from LeBron James on social media.

Yeah like they were saying. Anybody would look great at QB for the Eagles.. yeah ooook. HATERS MAN!! Jalen Hurts is SPECIAL. 🤡’s

“Yeah like they were saying. Anybody would look great at QB for the Eagles.. yeah ooook. HATERS MAN!! Jalen Hurts is SPECIAL. Clowns.”

This is an endorsement that is bound to make Hurts feel proud. LeBron James is an athlete many look up to regardless of what sport they play. And Hurts will be heading into the NFC Championship Game, the biggest stage of his young career so far, so having James’ support will mean the world. And while LeBron himself plays a lot of Madden, he’s advised greater quarterbacks than Hurts is right now.

LeBron James Gave Tom Brady Advice About His NFL Future

LeBron James is no stranger to NFL quarterbacks, he happens to be good friends with the greatest of them all. His relationship with Tom Brady is a unique one, and when Brady suffered a playoff loss earlier this month, James had some words of advice for him.

“Follow your heart and your gut is going to tell you what to do. That man’s been doing it for over 20+ years and he’s been doing it at such a high level. As always, my best wishes not only [to] my favorite quarterback but a dear friend.

“Whatever he decides to do, I love seeing him on the field. It gives me inspiration to keep going at my age so will see what happens.”

There is no doubt that LeBron James is keeping a keen eye on the NFL playoffs this season, as is a lot of the world. And he could use some of this competitive fire in his team as they continue to strive to make the playoffs this season. The next few months will be exciting for the NFL as well as LeBron James himself.
