LeBron James continues to amaze us in his 20th season in the NBA. It shouldn’t be possible for a 38-year-old with that much wear and tear on his body to be able to dominate in such fashion, but LeBron has done the seemingly impossible quite a few times at this point.

He delivered another masterpiece of a performance against the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night, as he exploded for 47 points, 10 rebounds, and 9 assists to lead the Los Angeles Lakers to a 130-121 win. He continues to put up big numbers in Anthony Davis’ absence and NBA fans want the Lakers to make some moves to help out the King.

“Dr. Buss would’ve done it 20 games ago…”

“all eyes on you @JeanieBuss, don’t do bron like this, because if u do people will never forgive u”

“possibly the best birthday gift you could ever gift to THE man, @Lakers”

“WHY IS IT THIS DIFFICULT”

“Everyone sees it but the FO”

“Give this man some shooters so he can win another chip!! Easy money”

“TRADE THE PICKS @JeanieBuss”

“FACTS”

“Pelinka ass still sleeping”

“@JeanieBuss there’s a special place in hell for people like you and Rob but there’s still time to right your wrongs.”

“That won’t happen as long as Rob pelinka is still gm”

“Wasting his last years”

“Yeah right our GM would laugh at this statement”

“get him a good shooter and lebron winning his 11th ring”

“The lakers are stuck in a cycle. Same thing that happened at the end of Kobe’s career. They turn into a retirement home”

“YESSIR”

“Can’t get the help and be in LA. Simple.”

NBA insider Marc Stein did state that the Lakers are saving their two first-round picks to trade for a star like Bradley Beal. The team is understandably being a bit cautious, as they know that if they make a bad trade with these two draft picks, then it is all over for them.

NBA Insider Says LeBron James Won’t Request A Trade Because Of His Family

With the front office being quite hesitant to part ways with their precious draft picks, many have been calling for LeBron to request a trade from the team. He can’t be traded this season because he just signed that extension, but James can ask out after that.

He might not do it though and it’s not because he trusts the front office to do the right thing in the future, but because of his family. Stein also stated that not wanting to uproot his family might just be the reason why he stays with the Lakers. It is quite plausible, as the family is well-settled now in L.A., but if he does remain with the franchise, it is hard at the moment to see him winning more titles.
