The Dallas Mavericks have pulled off a sensational Game 6 win at home to force a Game 7 against the Phoenix Suns. The Suns were considered prohibitive favorites to win this series and the NBA title, but the Luka Doncic-led Mavericks have created a major roadblock in their way.

The Mavs dominated from start to finish in Game 6, winning the game 113-86 after a strong defensive performance clamped the entire Phoenix Suns team. All games in this series have been won by the home team, so the Suns will look to have that advantage heading into Game 7 in Phoenix.

However, this win gives the Mavericks a lot of momentum after their 30-point loss in the last game at Phoenix. With Devin Booker and Chris Paul having especially bad games as Doncic dominated yet again, fans on Twitter were sharing their unfiltered thoughts on this Game 6.

The Mavs who held Phoenix to their previous season low (reg season or playoffs) of 94 in Game 3, hold them to 86 tonight and it's a blowout Game 6 win to force a game 7. Final Mavs 113 Suns 86. Luka leads the way with 33 pts, 11 rebs, 8 assts, and 4 stls.

Devin Booker has scored 1 point since the 1st quarter.

He should try the actual “Luka Special” and dominating a playoff game.

Game 7 let’s go! @dallasmavs

Biggest leads in this Suns-Mavs series:

Game 1: 21
Game 2: 27
Game 3: 18
Game 4: 17
Game 5: 30
Game 6: 27

Yeaaah, homecourt is king.

Luka Dončić showed Devin Booker what "The Luka Special" is.

Y’all gotta stop this Luka vs book Rivalry thing… Luka is so much better than Booker with all due respect ofc

Booker just throws is head back for a call every time

Luka Doncic took the ball from Chris Paul on one end and then backed him down for a bucket on the other. Get ready for Game 7.

— Tim MacMahon (@BannedMacMahon) May 13, 2022

Oh my god if Chris Paul hurt something because Jae Crowder threw an opposing player into him it would probably be the most poetically hilarious thing that has ever happened in the NBA

— Brian (@pdx_mavs) May 13, 2022

The Suns really won 64 games and have been struggling beating a 36 win team and a 48 win team in the playoffs

Luka Dončić has his 5th playoff game with 30 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists, breaking a tie with Dirk Nowitzki for the most in Mavs postseason history.

The Mavericks and Suns have both shown incredible inconsistency through this series. This is similar to the Mavs’ 2021 Playoff run where they lost every home game to the LA Clippers but won every away game except Game 7. This year, they will be feeding off the loss from last year and the disrespect through the season to upset the Suns.

Phoenix needs Chris Paul to wake up and dominate as he did in the first two games. He has not been the ‘Point God’, but actually is turning the ball over a lot and committing careless fouls. Paul has fewer points in the last four games (31) as he has turnovers and fouls (17 turnovers, 15 fouls).

Monty Williams will have this Suns team ready for the challenge that stands ahead of them in Game 7. They are the favorites, so they will be playing under more pressure than the Mavs. They will hope they can continue their amazing season into the Finals, while the Mavs will look to be the Cinderella story of the season and make it to the Conference Finals.
