Jayson Tatum has been the face of the Boston Celtics for the last few years, and there’s no doubt that he’s a fantastic player. Jayson Tatum is well-known for his ability to score at high volume and create his own shot. Currently, Jayson Tatum is averaging 26.8 PPG, 8.2 RPG, and 4.2 APG.

On top of Jayson Tatum’s amazing individual play this season, the Boston Celtics are currently the 5th seed in the Eastern Conference. They started slow but picked things up over the second half of the season. They are 17-3 in their last 20 games.

Paul Pierce has recently claimed that Jayson Tatum is playing at an MVP level, and stated that the Celtics are playing “their best basketball” currently. He also stated that there’s a chance the Boston Celtics could potentially make the Finals.

“Jayson Tatum is playing at an MVP level. The Celtics are playing their best basketball right now. If they continue to play like this I can see them in the Eastern Conference Finals and possibly the Finals.”

While some may think that Paul Pierce’s prediction for the Boston Celtics making the Finals may be bold, there are analysts that have suggested the same thing. Kevin O’Connor has previously stated that this Celtics team is a “different team” than the one that started the season, and also claimed they’re a threat to make the Finals.

The Celtics are contenders to make the NBA Finals.

Udoka found a rotation that works. Tatum and Brown are blossoming. 22-8 in 2022 with a top 10 offense and by far the #1 defense.

Forget about how Boston’s season started, this is a different team and should be taken seriously.

I can’t recall a team that went from so unwatchable to so great in a single season. Can you?

We’ve seen older teams coast and younger teams get off to slow starts. But win or loss, the early season Celtics just played straight ugly basketball. Now one of the best teams to watch.

There is no doubt that Jayson Tatum has managed to help the Boston Celtics turn things around. He is definitely playing some fantastic basketball, and the Celtics will definitely need him to replicate these performances in the playoffs.

Hopefully, the Boston Celtics will continue their winning ways over the last stretch of the season. There’s no doubt that they will be a tough opponent to face in the playoffs for any team in the Eastern Conference, due to the talent on their roster and their defense.
