Video: Shaquille O'Neal Picks Reggie Miller Up And Does Bicep Curls

Shaquille O’Neal and Reggie Miller had their fair share of heated battles through the 90s and 2000s on the basketball court. Shaq won his first NBA title at the expense of Miller and the Indiana Pacers in 2000, with that being the only Finals appearance in Miller’s career.

The pair both work for NBA broadcaster TNT, albeit in different roles. Miller is an analyst and a commentator, as he can be heard calling games very often. Shaq is one of the stars of the hit show ‘Inside the NBA’, alongside Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith, and Charles Barkley.

Even still, the TNT crew has plenty of crossovers, as can be seen by a video shared by House of Highlights (TNT affiliate) of Shaq picking up Miller and performing complete bicep curls with the 6’7″ former guard in his hands.

Shaq is a freak of nature, but watching a grown man be picked up like that is a little awe-inducing. The 7’1″ center is often considered to be one of the most unstoppable players in the history of basketball, so seeing him possess such raw strength is not surprising. We can only wonder what would have happened if Shaq had decided to use his size and ability in combat sports.

Miller is a little skinny and has never been known to be one of the big guys in the league. While he was pretty tall, Miller was always lean and skinny, relying on his speed on the court to do a lot of his damage.

The relationship between the two Finals rivals is quite positive, as this reel indicates. The last decade of working together in TNT as analysts have helped them become close friends with each other.
