The Philadelphia 76ers had a great night on Saturday, posting an incredible game against the inspired Sacramento Kings. The Sixers went off, beating the Kings at home, snapping a 6-game winning streak from the team.

Sacramento still owns the best record in the state of California, ranking above the Los Angeles Clippers, Golden State Warriors, and Los Angeles Lakers. However, the Sixers didn’t care about any of that and did their job against a team that had all their stars on the court.

This win is more valuable, seeing the moment of the Kings and the fact that Joel Embiid and James Harden didn’t play for Doc Rivers’ team. The veteran head coach also earned some praise for his coaching, showing that this team can aspire for big things this season.

Philadelphia 76ers Didn’t Miss Their Chance To Mock Sacramento Kings

The team’s broadcast also had a field day, and after securing the win against the Kings, they didn’t miss a chance to troll them and sent a short but clear message. During the post-game interview with Tyrese Maxey, who scored 32 points, grabbed 3 rebounds, and dished out 6 assists, the broadcast graphic trolled the Kings with a message about their beam.

“Light that beam some other day,” the graphic read.

The Kings’ beam has become a very attractive spot in Sacramento, and fans are flooding it every week while talking wonderful things about it. The King has adopted the ‘light the beam’ mantra this season, which has worked, seeing their good record. After this loss, they sit at 26-19, still good for 3rd place in the West.

The Sixers had the last laugh here, but Sacramento will try to bounce back in their next game and continue their magical season. They look like a solid team to end their playoff drought and then see how deep they can go in the postseason.

What started as another disappointing season for both of these teams has turned out to be a great one. Both Kings and Sixers are thriving, and it remains to be seen if they can do good in the playoffs and aspire to win a championship.
