Shaquille O’Neal is one of the most dominant players in NBA history, thanks to his height and the power he showed on the court.

Shaq has been something to behold during his entire life due to his height, but compared to the tallest man to ever live, the Big Diesel looked like a regular guy.

Posing for an epic picture, Shaq stands next to a wax figure of Rober Wadlow, who remains the tallest man to ever live. This figure is 8’11”, while Shaq is 7’1″, and the difference between them is really big.

Talking about this picture, Shaq once even dared to predict his stat line against Wadlow.

“Me and the tallest man in the world, I still woulda had 40 points, 19 rebounds, and 5 blocks and I woulda missed 10 outta 22 free throws lol,” he wrote on Instagram.

According to his Guinness World Record page, Wadlow was listed at over eight feet by the twins that founded the Guinness World Records.

When last measured on 27 June 1940, the mild-mannered American stretched a staggering 2.72 m (8 ft 11.1 in) tall.

Besides Shaq, the NBA has seen incredibly tall players over the years, but it’s safe to say that none of them was even close to Wadlow.

Shaquille O’Neal Keeps Taking Shots At Dwight Howard

Shaquille O’Neal tends to go quiet for a little before he makes some big claims that raise many eyebrows around the league. He has taken it personally when attacking former rival Dwight Howard, and even now that Howard isn’t in the NBA, Shaq keeps taking shots at him.

In recent weeks, he tried to clown Howard for having a negative record in Taiwan’s T1 League, which was met with criticism by Shaq’s co-hosts.

O’Neal has a long history of beefing with Howard, and that doesn’t seem to be changing anytime soon. The Big Diesel is always ready to put Howard on a blast, and even though the future Hall of Famer has made it clear he’s past any beef with Shaq, O’Neal doesn’t match that energy.
