  • Shaquille O’Neal listed his top 10 players of all time
  • There were familiar names in Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant
  • Shaq also added that he had no issues with Julius Erving’s list

Shaquille O’Neal revealed his list of the Top 10 greatest NBA players of all time and unsurprisingly included himself in it.

Speaking to LA Times, the former Los Angeles Lakers superstar shared his list in no specific order.

“Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and then [expletive] me.”

“That ain’t no disrespect to Malone, [Charles] Barkley, and Kareem,” O’Neal said. “Hey, that’s my list. Understand what I’m saying?”

Coming off his bench was Stephen Curry, Allen Iverson, Tim Duncan, Karl Malone, and Isiah Thomas. He further added: “Also, you got to put Kareem on that second team too.”

Shaq’s list comes on the back of Julius Erving’s list which caused quite a stir as the former NBA star omitted big names in James, Curry, and Bryant.

On his part, the big man had no qualms with the list saying, “Hey, man, I got no problem with Dr. J’s list. He’s the great Dr. J. He paved the way for all of us. He can say what he wants and nobody should say a damn thing about it.”

Shaq’s list will surely set the debate as he added Kareem to the second team. And only time will tell how that pans out with fans and experts alike.

Shaquille O’Neal Picked Stephen Curry Over LeBron James, Michael Jordan, And Kobe Bryant To Form The Greatest Duo Ever

While Shaquille O’Neal played alongside Kobe Bryant, and against Michael Jordan, he also witnessed the rise of LeBron James over the course of his decorated career.

But when it came to picking a player to pair up with, he chose the other kid from Akron – Stephen Curry. Responding to a post on Instagram, Shaq said:

“I’m picking my favorite player Stephen Curry and we ain’t losing to nobody, EVER”

It will surely be interesting to see who could stop one of the greatest bigs and currently the best sharpshooter in NBA history. Shaq’s defense and his explosiveness coupled with Curry’s shooting make them a lethal duo.

Shaq has always maintained his stance of  Curry as the greatest point guard of all time, so it makes absolute sense that he picked a player known for his astute skills. It’s interesting to see how they would have fared against maybe a LeBron James or Michael Jordan paired with another center.
