LeBron James has a huge fan following around the globe. The King is one of the best players that has ever played in the NBA and is yet to show any steep signs of slowing down.
While James has millions of fans out there, he has a lot of critics as well. But even among those critics, there is hardly anyone who would argue that NBA analyst Skip Bayless is probably James’ loudest critic.
Bayless has made a career out of his ridiculous takes on LeBron for years now. Surprisingly, LBJ is yet to even acknowledge his existence. Although LeBron will retire soon from the league, Bayless lets no opportunity go by to criticize the 4-time NBA champion.
Skip recently released a video on his Twitter account with his wife, Ernestine. One might wonder if his wife shares the same level of hatred for LeBron as her other half. Well, the answer to that question was revealed in ‘The Skip Bayless Show’ podcast, as Ernestine admitted that she doesn’t hate James. If anything, she sees him as a role model:
My wife and I have never spoken about LeBron James at home. So what does Ernestine think of the King? She answers here:pic.twitter.com/mhBIZisIsH

“I don’t bring it up because I’m afraid. I like LeBron, I’m sorry. I’m going to admit. I do like LeBron James. I think that he’s done wonderful things for being a role model. I know he curses occasionally, but everybody curses occasionally. I think that he seems to be a nice guy. Even after the game and they talk to him, he’s really calm and he’s really nice. I don’t have hatred for him. He’s built schools and he’s done all these wonderful things. I don’t have a hatred. … I don’t have a problem with him, I think he’s a nice man. I would like to meet him and say hello. He could call me, he could say hello, I don’t care. I like him.”
Knowing Skip, that must have been a tough pill for him to swallow. Everyone in the NBA community is aware of the fact that Bayless doesn’t like LeBron, but his own wife likes LeBron, like millions of fans out there.
Maybe it’s finally time for Bayless to settle his differences with James. But will LeBron even agree to an interview with Skip? That’s the million-dollar question.
