Shaquille O’Neal couldn’t help but laugh when talking about former teammate Paul Pierce on live TV. Pierce has been one of the most famous around the NBA community since last Friday when he appeared with several strippers on Instagram Live.
That situation quickly escalated and The Truth was fired by ESPN a couple of days after his video saw the light. Now everybody is wondering what’s next for the Boston Celtics icon or making memes about him.
Well, O’Neal is one of those who still can’t believe Pierce threw it all away for a bunch of viewers and he couldn’t hide his laughter when talking about Paul, addressing something that had nothing to do with the controversy Pierce starred in.
“Ok, then we’re all going to focus on Paul Pierce… Paul Pierce,” Shaq said while he and the rest of the Inside the NBA crew tried not to laugh.

O’Neal shared touches with Pierce in 2011, in a season where he admitted, was chasing a ring. It’s unclear if Shaq saw the 2008 NBA champion do these things while they were teammates but now everybody watched what a Friday night looks like for The Truth now that he’s an analyst.
