Zion Williamson may be young and still a ‘new’ talent in the NBA, but the New Orleans Pelicans star knows the game too well.

During the All-Star Weekend, the former No. 1 overall pick talked about the players he considered underappreciated in NBA history.

“I would say players like Dennis Johnson, George Gervin and David Thompson. I would say players like that.”

Zion also talked about the ones he admired growing up, revealing that his mother gave him the best reference of players from the 80s and 90s.

Williamson learned so well from these, as his game has a couple of things that Magic and Jordan used to show on the court. As for Larry, perhaps he learned a little bit about trash-talking, as he recently showed while talking about facing Ja Morant in the NBA postseason
