46-Year-Old Former NBA Star Cuttino Mobley Scoring Buckets Against DeMar DeRozan And Christian Wood

2 Min Read

The NBA offseason provides some of the weirdest and best clips of the year because so many NBA players are spotted at regional tournaments and workouts during the summer. We have already seen players like Dejounte Murray and Paolo Banchero have feisty matchups in the offseason, but there is a new clip that is dominating social media now.

DeMar DeRozan and Christian Wood are elite NBA players today. DeRozan was one of the best players in the league last season, and people are placing high hopes on Wood to be the second option behind Luka Doncic in Dallas.

Despite their status in the league today, Wood and DeRozan were taken to school by former Houston Rockets player Cuttino Mobley. Mobley is now 46 years old and was seen giving both the active NBA players buckets in a recent clip that went viral. No matter the age, Mobley’s turnaround jumper was looking smooth, and everyone tried their best to stop that bucket.

No matter the age, Mobley’s turnaround jumper was looking smooth, and everyone tried their best to stop that bucket, but it was just extremely hard for any of the defenders to stop it.

DeRozan is heading into a high-expectation year with the Bulls. After their strong start to the 2021-22 season was undone by various injury issues to key rotation members, the Bulls will hope to find consistency on the court and with the health of their stars next season and push for a top-4 seed.

Wood is going to have to accommodate himself into the lineup in Dallas, with expectations of him coming off the bench for JaVale McGee running rife. Either way, if Wood can find chemistry with Luka Doncic, the Dallas Mavericks may be in for a great situation, and Wood can excel as a stretch big in the Mavs shooting heavy lineups.
