Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Looks Really Small Compared To Shaquille O’Neal And Charles Barkley

2 Min Read

NBA players are almost superhumans. They may be the fittest athletes in the world, but most people don’t realize how physically gifted they are.

Former pro wrestler and actor Dwayne Johnson saw firsthand how different NBA players are compared to ordinary people. It’s not a secret that Johnson is massive, but not even him can compare to two great NBA legends.

Back in 2013, he appeared with Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal on a video where Chuck and Shaq had a bench press competition.

Then, they took a pic together, where Johnson looks really tiny, showing the significant differences between mortals and NBA ballers.

In a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, “The Rock” was trolled by guest host Anthony Anderson, who brought up the pic and asked Johnson about it (2:35).

“Listen, you know that’s the thing about basketball, right? You know this, Anthony, because you’re a fan,” Johnson replied. “You see these dudes; they’re like weekend warriors and you’re like, ‘Oh I could ball in the NBA.’ You get around real players and you recognize quickly just how big these guys are and how impressive these guys are. First of all, I didn’t have any shoes on…”

Shoes on or not, The Rock looked very small between Chuck and Shaq. Considering that the pic was taken after they retired from the game and gained some weight, there was no chance for Johnson to look bigger than them.
