Dennis Rodman Criticized LeBron James’ Style Of Play: “He Doesn’t Have Any Moves. The Only Move He Has Is Straight Down The Line. His Game Is Too Simple.”

Dennis Rodman has had some harsh words for LeBron James over the past couple of years. The 5x NBA champion played with great players, whom he believes are better than The King.

When he talks about Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, Rodman has nothing but great things to say. When he compares his former teammates to James, the praise gets even higher.

MJ’s teammates always have His Airness’ back, as Scottie Pippen showed when he claimed he wouldn’t take LeBron James to the movies

Moreover, in 2019, in a past interview with Overtime, The Worm criticized Bron’s style of play, saying the latter had only one move, so it’d be easy for him to lock James up if they played against each other (6:00).

“I would’ve locked his a– up. LeBron is so easy to play. He’s so f—— easy to play. He don’t have any moves. The only move he has is straight down the line. He ain’t got no moves. Where’s he going?

“His game is too simple. He’s just big…you know, 260…6’8″, 6’9″, whatever. That’s the only thing he’s got. Pretty much.”

Rodman is one of the best defenders of all time, but not everybody is convinced he would have stood a chance against LeBron. Still, the former Detroit Pistons, Chicago Bulls player thinks that James wouldn’t have been as good in the 90s, claiming that Scottie Pippen would still be the second-best player in the league behind Michael Jordan.

“If LeBron was playing during the ’90s, I’d still say Scottie Pippen was the second-best player behind Michael [Jordan].”

Dennis really doesn’t see LeBron as a dangerous player. The 4x NBA champion has gone against big defenders, and he always finds a way to score on them. However, things were different in the 90s, and that’s why many people think Bron would have had a hard time if he played during those days.

We’ll never know what would have happened if The King was around during the 90s, but Rodman is convinced that his Bulls would’ve dominated the 36-year-old any given night.
