Nick Wight After Andre Drummond Destroyed The Nets: ‘How They’re Expected To Beat Giannis In Round 2, Embiid In Round 3 And Then AD In The Finals?’

Andre Drummond had a field day against the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday night, dominating them at the paint, even bullying LaMarcus Aldridge and Blake Griffin as the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Nets 126-101.

He was really good in that game and showed that the Nets aren’t as strong as people want to make them look. Controversial analyst Nick Wright took notice of that and went to Twitter to call out the Nets and their lack of defense, wondering how they will stop Giannis Antetokounmpo and Joel Embiid in the East when they can’t stop Drummond now.

“If *Andre Drummond* is having his way with the non-existent Nets frontcourt defense, can someone please explain to me how they’re expected to beat Giannis in Round 2, Embiid in Round 3 & then AD in the Finals?

I’d love to hear it.”

This sparked a lot of reactions from fans, who agreed with Wright and others went off on him for getting ahead of himself after a regular-season game.

Bro you do realize it doesn’t matter because first of kd is not even 100 percent and harden is out

Ah right, you realize the lakers are playing this game without LeBron, AD, Kuz, Gasol, and Matthews, plus Schroeder got ejected and they still wiping the floor with the nets and KD.

They do! Jrue, Ben, Middleton, and ABC. If they make the finals, who on Brooklyn is defending Bron, Brow, and Drummond? Nick is right Brooklyn's defense will cost them the Chip. Defense wins championships!

But if Lakers lose to Nets in finals, make sure to not claim its “unfair he played greatest collection of talent ever” like you did with the Warriors

The 76ers will beat themselves per usual in the playoffs, Giannis won’t deliver down the stretch per usual. But you right about that AD fella

U never seen regular season and playoff basketball? The question is who gunna stop kyrie, harden, and Durant

They will never beat those guys in the middle. One huge problem Nets have is Defense. You saw a Laker squad with their defensive play. What happens even when they get their stars back. Defense will be what crashes the Nets.

If you have actually watched basketball this season you'll know that one game means literally nothing. The Nets have also lost to the Wizards, Pistons, Magic and Cavs. It's watching a season that matters. Andre Drummond is exactly who he is. A legit center.

This would be very interesting to see knowing that the Nets are expected to come out of the East this season but their defense needs to improve. They need to make some drastic changes on the defensive end of the ball or their life will be very hard in the postseason.

They could face Giannis and Embiid in the postseason and these two could become a problem for them. If they manage to get past the two foreign stars, then they could see Anthony Davis and that is going to be a really huge challenge for the New Yorkers. But, we’re still in April; time will tell what is going to happen with these two squads and how they will fare in the postseason, which appears to be a very entertaining one.
