The Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Miami Heat on Saturday night in a rematch of the 2020 NBA Finals in the infamous Orlando bubble. The purple and gold were the struggling team at the Staples Center and the Heat took advantage of that.

Anthony Davis is currently sidelined and will be out for four weeks, but he’s trying to do everything to help his team while he’s inactive. The former New Orleans Pelicans star was very active trying to coach his teammates, giving inputs to them, even ‘teaching’ veterans at some point.

He was really close with Kyle Kuzma, advising him on the things happening on the court and not even caring about the young player getting blood on his shirt during the game.

Davis was spotted talking with Marc Gasol, talking about plays and more. This man can’t be on the floor right now but he’s trying to impact the game even on the sidelines. He wasn’t having the best season before picking his injury and he’s getting ready to return at the best form but in the meantime, we’ll see coach Davis doing his thing for the purple and gold.

In the end, the Lakers lost the match, 96-94, to get their 9th loss of the season against the Heat. Kyle Kuzma had a good game, scoring 23 points while LeBron James finished with 19 points, 9 assists, and 9 rebounds.

They know they need to step up while Davis is out and after losing to the Heat, the alarms are set in Los Angeles. They need to do better than this while AD returns to the floor.
