Devin Booker is on the move.

According to the LA Times, the Phoenix Suns star has listed his $4 million home as he searches for an upgrade. The young guard is earning more than double the salary now than he had when he first bought the house years ago.

While competing in his first All-Star Game, Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker found time over the weekend to list his Arizona home for sale. The Paradise Valley estate is up for grabs at $4.195 million, records show.

The home features lush landscaping on a property that spans across over 5,000 acres.

On the inside, the “Modern Home” contains four bedrooms and 4.5 baths marked by clean lines of glass to give off a minimalist living atmosphere.

It’s a really nice home and seems well worth the price tag. Booker has called this place home since 2017 and has since blossomed into one of the NBA’s premier players.

Of course, Book recently received a rookie-scale max extension, which will see him earn over $150 million over the next five years. With his increased pay, he is probably looking for something a bit pricier. It will be interesting to see what his next purchase looks like.
