James Harden has constantly been in the headlines following his trade request from the Philadelphia 76ers earlier this season. The Beard recently became the talk of the town for skipping his teammate Joel Embiid’s wedding to apparently eat Trill Burgers.
Popular sports network ESPN’s SportsCenter posted a clip of James Harden grabbing four burgers. To which Harden reacted and slammed the network. Harden questioned if it was a slow news week at ESPN.
SportsCenter: “Who was Harden grabbing burgers for?”
James Harden: “Slow news week?”

James Harden has become an easy target for most amidst his trade request from the 76ers. But it seems like the Beard has no plans to back down. He clapped back at ESPN for posting an unnecessary post about him.
Many fans called out Harden below his comment for partying instead of focusing on improving himself to win an NBA Championship. But it’s highly unlikely Harden paid any attention to those comments.
Will James Harden Get Traded From The 76ers?
James Harden’s tenure with the Philadelphia 76ers could be over soon. Harden averaged 21.0 PPG, 6.4 RPG, and 10.4 APG for the 76ers in 79 games.
But considering he’ll turn 34 years old this year, it’s no surprise that he wants to bolster his chances of winning an NBA title. As for his departure from the 76ers, NBA analyst Stephen A. Smith believes it’s best for both parties if James Harden leaves the team.
“I think it’s a beautiful thing if James Harden leaves Philadelphia for this one reason … Tyrese Maxey. … You’re the Philadelphia 76ers, you hand Tyrese Maxey that ball and say, ‘You that dude.'”
Harden has already removed the 76ers from his social media accounts. So, it seems only a matter of time before the inevitable departure of the 33-year-old is announced.
The former NBA MVP wants to get traded to the Los Angeles Clippers, but will he get his request fulfilled? Only time will tell. In the 2022-23 NBA season, Harden averaged 21.0 PPG, 6.1 RPG, and 10.7 APG.
