Kevin Durant has an insane skill set on the offensive end of the floor. He is regarded as one of the toughest players to guard in the league.

Dallas Mavericks’ Grant Williams recently hailed Kevin Durant as the toughest player to guard in the league while naming Stephen Curry as the most impactful player. Following Williams’ admission, a fan called out Durant’s off-ball game in a now-deleted tweet.

“If you have to worry about Steph equally on and off [the] ball… that actually means he’s the hardest to guard. KD might be the most difficult to guard in isolation, possibly. That’s might be fair. But people need to define this stuff better,” the fan said in the tweet.

Durant took offense to the fan’s call out. He clapped back at him with a response on Twitter.

“Y’all have to stop actin’ like I don’t come off pindowns and play off the ball. There is film, please go watch brother,” KD tweeted.

Kevin Durant wanted the fan to do his homework properly before criticizing him. He suggested him to watch the highlight reel of Durant’s game off the ball.

As for his stats, Durant shot 47.1% from the field in catch-and-shoot situations in the 2022-23 NBA season. On average, he attempted 3.7 shots in that scenario. Considering Durant attempted 18.3 shots per game for the season, catch-and-shoot shots were nearly 20% of his total shots attempted.

KD averaged 4.6 PPG with these shots, which included shooting 43.1% from the field. All things considered, Durant is a great off-ball scorer and the stats are there to prove it.

Kevin Durant Is Not Interested To Have A Documentary Made On Him

Kevin Durant is one of the best players of this generation. Once he retires from the NBA, many fans would love to see a documentary about his life off the court.

However, Durant is apparently not a fan of the idea. Why? He believes he’s not interesting enough to have a documentary made on him.

So how’s Durant’s life outside of basketball? Well, Durant just plays NBA 2K, texts, and watches movies. Now, that’s a great way to spend time. But is it interesting enough to have a documentary? Certainly not.
