Anthony Edwards was drafted using the first overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves. Edwards is expected to become the next big shooting guard in the league.

In the above-attached Instagram post by the Minnesota Timberwolves, Edwards is flexing a fresh haircut. Upon seeing the new haircut, many fans believe that he is resembling a young Michael Jordan.
“Are we positive his dad isn’t Jordan?” a fan wrote.

This isn’t the first time that fans have obsessed over Anthony Edwards’ new haircut. Ahead of the 2022-23 NBA season, Ant got a fresh fade, and fans believed he was Michael Jordan’s second coming.
Edwards has only gotten better in the first three seasons of his career. He earned his first NBA All-Star appearance as well.
The 21-year-old certainly resembles ‘His Airness,’ but can he one day lead the Minnesota Timberwolves to six NBA Championships like MJ? Only time will tell.

Everyone wants to be like Michael Jordan, but it’s easier said than done. However, Anthony Edwards has the talent to be like Mike. Moreover, he confirmed in an interview with Star Tribune that he is indeed chasing Michael Jordan.
“I’m chasing my boy MJ, for sure,” Edwards said. “It’ll be hard, but I’m chasing him.”
After a breakout regular season, Edwards carried his form into the postseason as well. He averaged 31.6 PPG, 5.0 RPG, 5.2 APG, 1.8 SPG, and 2.0 BPG vs. the Nuggets in the Western Conference first round.
