While Meghan Markle and Prince Harry stunned the NBA world by popping up to the Los Angeles Lakers game, a stylist called out the former for her “inappropriate dressing” for the occasion.

Meghan was seen wearing a pale pink Maxwell two-piece from STAUD, that included a blazer with matching shorts worth $740. But according to The US Sun, one of the stylists, Tavia Sharp, wasn’t impressed. “Meghan doesn’t seem to know what to wear to a basketball match.”

Sharp is a New York stylist who has over 15 years of experience dressing celebrities such as Drake, and Ne-Yo. And while she did criticize the ‘Suits’ star, she also had her reason behind why Meghan would wear the glitzy outfit.

“Meghan also knew she’d have cameras on her and that she’d be in the VIP box. Like Kim, she would’ve been preparing to have her and Harry’s photos taken, but it just feels like what she wore was inappropriate.”

She was seen all smiles in the stands and the pair also shared a wholesome moment when the kisscam landed on Meghan and Harry.

Coming back to Sharp’s analysts, the stylist said Meghan’s dress was all about the attention. “The pink she chose did pop and create attention. It didn’t flatter her shape and hung off her body when she was walking around in her heels. This was all so off the mark for Meghan and very strange.”

If they were indeed for the Lakers, then the two would be disappointed as the Lakers went down 116-99 to the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Royal Family Members Were In Attendance For An NBA Game Earlier This Season As Well

A regular season clash between the Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat at the TD Garden saw the Prince and Princess of Wales in attendance. Prince William and Catherine were seen courtside with the Celtics legend Tom “Satch” Sanders.

Also present were Massachusetts Governor-elect Maura Healey, Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, Celtics Governor Wyc Grousbeck, and Celtics co-owner Steve Pagliuca. It also appeared that William was impressed with Jayson Tatum. The Celtics won the game 134-121.

While Meghan’s outfit may have been dissected by fashion stylists, there’s no doubt that her presence was cool enough for fans.
