The NBA is the premier basketball league in the world, it’s where the best talent in the world can be found. And only one team out of 30 can win the championship each season, making it the ultimate achievement. While winning a ring comes with a lot of rewards, one of the perks is a visit to the White House to meet the President.

This has been a controversial situation in recent years, with the Golden State Warriors skipping their visit when Donald Trump was the President. However, they did go in 2015 when Barack Obama was still in office and got roasted by the President. Well, this time, President Joe Biden was excited about their visit when they won the championship, even sending a message about it to the team.

“Congrats to the Golden State Warriors on yet another NBA title and to Finals MVP Stephen Curry for another legendary performance. Grit. Heart. Strength in numbers. That’s America. See you at the White House.”

Well, the visit happened recently, with the Warriors turning up at the White House all looking dapper and sharp in suits. They had quite a bit of fun, and a video compilation of the visit was shared by the team.

“Dub Nation, what’s up, it’s Draymond checking in from the White House. It’s pretty special, it’s our second time here.”

Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Andre Iguodala, and Jordan Poole were all seen having a pretty fun time behind the scenes. And with the video going viral, plenty of fans had reactions to it.

Warriors Fans Reacted To The Team’s White House Visit

The Golden State Warriors haven’t started their championship defense too well this season, and it’s something that is getting on the nerves of fans. Many of the comments on this epic video were quite funny, thanks to that.

“You all need to count up those turnovers on the court.”

“Gotta remind everyone that we the champs.”

“That boy Wiggs never gonna fix that beard.”

“It’s been tough this year but I’m proud of the boys.”

“Curry couldn’t get a cut for the White House.”

“Jordan Poole looking good.”

“Boys gotta get back there, let’s pick it up.”

“Look at Curry man, so inspirational.”

“Hope this fires them up.”

“Our season starts now, boys.”

“Y’all better have this energy on the court next game.”

Success is an expectation, especially for the Warriors that have built a modern dynasty. While the franchise may not be able to replicate its success this season, they deserve to enjoy what they have already achieved. And watching videos like this is always a reminder of just how impactful basketball and sports are.
