Preseason has begun, and the NBA is now ramping up in earnest to the start of the 2022-23 season. There are stars across the league playing for the first time after a long time, while others get back into the groove before giving it another go. But there is a slightly odd situation unfolding off the court, and it involves some NBA players, with fans wondering exactly what is going on.

Former adult film star Lana Rhoades is at the center of attention after a picture of her with her child went viral. She had suggested in the past that the father of her child was an NBA player, leading to quite a bit of speculation from fans. And the picture has brought the topic up again, with a fan jokingly comparing the pictures of her baby with what Blake Griffin looked like as a child.

The reactions didn’t stop there, many fans used it as proof of some kind that Kevin Durant, who was also suspected to be involved with her, wasn’t the father. And if anyone had any doubts about the fact that Rhoades’ son is not the product of a relationship with an NBA star, she put those to rest after doubling down on the situation.

“I guess I am a hooper. I did have NBA DNA in me for 8 months.”

Some might question the veracity of her claims, but ultimately, no one other than her truly knows whose child it is. Considering that she was supposedly involved with a Brooklyn Net, the chances of her baby being an NBA player’s son cannot be written off. The internet can speculate all they like, but the truth will likely only come out if and when she decides to divulge it herself.

Lana Rhoades Implied Her Baby Daddy Is An NBA Player

This is not the first time Rhoades has suggested that an NBA star is the father of her child. And if she ever reveals who that is, it’s not going to be a good look for them, considering how she said they treated her.

“I swear to God I thought NBA players were nice guys,” the first part of the video reads. “Next thing you know, I said, ‘I’m pregnant’… And he told me to go F myself.”

Having a child with someone that you’re seeing but not in a relationship with is a complex situation. It is especially so when celebrities are involved, as every part of their lives is in the public eye. Whatever the truth may be, the hope will be that the child can enjoy a good life without too much scrutiny about his parentage.
