Ben Simmons Caught Liking Instagram Comment Asking For The NBA Season To Be Further Delayed

Ben Simmons liked a comment on Instagram asking for the NBA to take some more time before returning to action. There has been growing concern about the return of the league in recent days and the Philadelphia 76ers star apparently is one of those who wants the league to wait a little more before resuming play in Orlando.

The NBA is set to return next July 30 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at the Disney World Resort outside of Orlando but several players have stated they won’t go to the bubble location due to personal and health reasons. Slam shared a post reporting Spencer Dinwiddie had tested positive for COVID-19, wishing him a speedy recovery.

One fan said the league should delay the season return a little bit since it was too soon.

Later, the same user showed his surprise to see Ben Simmons liked his comment.

The Australian point guard was recovering from a back injury before the league entered hiatus. Simmons looks ready to restart the season, but given his recent activity, he’s not convinced July 30 is the best time for the resumption of the association.

The league stated that unless there is a massive spread of the virus in Orlando next month, they won’t be changing their plans. We’re going to see basketball once again in one month and that is it.
