Damian Lillard has been capturing the headlines for many reasons as of late but his little spat with Paul George got bigger than the game itself.
After the two stars exchanged blows on social media, family members from both sides got involved. It got pretty heated as Dame’s sister and PG’s girlfriend called each other some pretty harsh names on Instagram.
But, amid the race for the playoffs, and the aftermath of the ordeal, it seems both players have chosen to bury the hatchet.

Things got ugly and personal between Dame and George, so it’s good to know that they’re putting it behind them… for now.
Considering this ordeal, and their history of postseason clashes, a meetup in the Western Conference playoffs might spark some life into this rivalry again.
The Blazers and Clippers aren’t exactly headed for a collision course but you can bet that if they do end up facing off, it will be one heck of a ride. We’ll just have to wait and see if how it will all play out.
