Danilo Gallinari Signs Three-Year Deal With The Atlanta Hawks

1 Min Read

Sharpshooting power forward Danilo Gallinari was expected to be among the hottest names hitting the unrestricted free agent market this month, and it’s easy to see why.

He brings size, experience, shooting, and is coming off one of his best seasons as a pro.

And, as of Friday evening, he will bring his talents and those attributes to the Atlanta Hawks after signing a three-year, $61.5 million contract.

Galo is the type of modern “stretch four” type of player so many teams find themselves looking for today. In the modern game, being able to stretch the floor is extremely important, and that will show when he makes things easier for the Hawks on the offensive end.
