Dwayne Bacon Takes A Shot At D’Angelo Russell: “Snitches Lose Every Time”

2 Min Read

Dwayne Bacon took a major shot at D’Angelo Russell for his infamous moment in 2016, when he tried to prank a teammate and ended up finishing his relationship. That happened five years ago but some people don’t seem to get over it. D’Lo is very likely to carry that tag for the rest of his career and Bacon made sure to remind him of that.

The Orlando Magic and Minnesota Timberwolves played a great game on Wednesday night, with Cole Anthony finishing things with a game-winner 3-pointer. It was a really great game and the ending was the cherry on the top. What came next, however, was big. Bacon took to Instagram to take a shot at D’Lo, leaving a short but clear message for the player.

“Snitches lose every time,” Bacon captioned a pic of himself and Russell on Instagram before deleting it.

However, this is the internet and everything gets recorded here. People screenshot the post and shared it on social media. It was a very emotional game for the Magic and they showed that in their celebration. Perhaps Bacon took things too far and decided to share that now-deleted post.

The Magic are now 7-8, ranking 9th in the Eastern Conference while the T-Wolves are having a terrible season, winning only 3 games and losing 10. Bacon is having a better moment right now and he let D’Lo know.
