Dwight And JaVale Are Flaming Nikola Jokic Whenever He’s Guarding Anthony Davis: “Steak Dinner!”

1 Min Read

The L.A. Lakers have dominated this NBA postseason. Beating Portland and Houston in 5 games, they entered this series with Denver flaming hot and on a mission to bring home a Championship.

Anthony Davis, in particular, has been going off recently. Nobody on the Nuggets really stands a chance trying to guard him, and his Lakers teammates know it.

Apparently, all throughout the game, Dwight Howard and JaVale McGee have been flaming Jokic when he’s trying to slow down A.D.

Davis has been key in the Lakers; run through these playoffs. This series, in particular, has been the best of Davis’ young career so far. Rajon Rondo and even Nikola Jokic called Davis — who is averaging 34 points on 52.3% shooting from the floor, 42.9% from 3 — the best offensive player in the league.

After hitting that game-winner yesterday, it appears the Lakers big man is at the top of his game right now, and that should be very concerning for the Nuggets and whoever might end up facing them in the Finals.

But we will see if it’s enough to earn them that elusive Chip in the end.
