Dwyane Wade Once Gave Kevin Hart A Kids Heat Jersey

2 Min Read

The NBA is one of the funniest sports leagues in the world easily. How many other leagues do you go to where one of the biggest stars of the sport regularly attacks his fans on Twitter? NBA fans are attracted to the sport for all the incredible on-court action it provides but stay for everything that takes place within the league, even if it isn’t basketball-related stuff.

NBA players aren’t just athletes that run up and down a basketball court, they are some of the biggest names in the world of media and entertainment. As a result, NBA stars are often seen hanging out with some of the most notable people of our generation.

Kevin Hart is arguably one of the best comedians out there and has always shared a close bond with basketball. He has been at various NBA events in the past, even doing the NBA All-Star introduction for the 2018 All-Star game. He is friends with the players and familiar to everyone in the basketball world. As a result, he was once invited to the Heat by Dwyane Wade, where Wade pranked him by handing him a signed mini jersey.

Kevin Hart is known for being one of the shortest comedians at his level, often mocking his own height in his jokes and movie roles alongside stars like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. Considering Hart and Wade knew each other well prior to this, Wade definitely got a kick out of doing this to Hart when he least expected it.

The comedian will be around the NBA consistently due to his fandom and mass appeal that will keep the league inviting him back to every NBA event they possibly can. Wade has already entered the analyst world over on TNT, so there may be a lot more future interactions about basketball to be had between Hart and Wade.
