Current and former NBA players have been involved in controversies recently and we, unfortunately, have found the newest case to that infamous list. Former Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers player Darius Morris was caught on video beating his ex-girlfriend, who desperately screamed for help.

Pictures and videos were shared on social media, exposing Morris and his unfortunate attitude and actions towards the girl, who was tired of the situation, and called Morris out on Instagram with a series of posts that included a video.

According to Total Pro Sports, the video where Kristen Evangeline is getting beat up by Morris is from last year, and it wasn’t released until now in an attempt to protect the player. Well, now it’s too late, as the girl and his close friends decided to take action and stop the 30-year-old once and for all.

Morris was selected with the No. 41 overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft by the Los Angeles Lakers after a very good tenure in Michigan. He then had stints with the Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Clippers, among other teams. He last played for the BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque, in France, last year.
