Giannis Antetokounmpo is one of the most loyal stars in the NBA, and that has shown in his desire to win with the Milwaukee Bucks, rather than leave to form a superteam. It is clear that Giannis Antetokounmpo wants to win his way, and he has an opportunity to do so in the NBA Finals.

Winning a championship is a goal that a lot of superstars share in common. However, winning with the team that drafted you is an immense achievement, something that not all superstars can say they’ve done. Giannis Antetokounmpo has recently shared what it would mean to win a championship in Milwaukee and suggested that it is one of his dreams.

Giannis on what it would mean to win a championship with Milwaukee:

"You can never judge anyone for how he chooses to win a championship, but doing it with the team that you started with means more. It’s a dream, it’s a goal of mine."

"To be able to do it with a team that drafted you, in the city that embraced you, and the organization that helped you – it means a lot." pic.twitter.com/RnibGn7h4X

While the Milwaukee Bucks are currently down 0-1 to the Phoenix Suns, they could easily bounce back. With Giannis Antetokounmpo winning the first championship in Milwaukee since the days of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, he would forever be a Bucks legend. It won’t be easy though, as the Phoenix Suns are a great team that has elite players such as Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton, and Chris Paul. However, Antetokounmpo has shown that he is willing to take on challenges in the past, and the Suns are the only thing that stands in between him and the title.
