Giannis Antetokounmpo Says He’s Ready To Win More Championship: “Now I Know What It Takes, Now I Want To Do It Again.”

2 Min Read

Giannis Antetokounmpo already knows what it feels like to win the NBA championship after a terrific run in the 2021 playoff. The Milwaukee Bucks superstar was on a tear during the postseason, leading his team to the Finals, where he took care of business, knocking out the Phoenix Suns in six games.

It wasn’t an easy task; Giannis had to go through fire to become an NBA champion not only this season but prior ones. In the end, he was successful, taking his team to the promised land for the first time in 50 years.

Now that he knows what it takes to win, the Greek Freak isn’t stopping. He wants to win more championships and is ready to do whatever it takes to be successful again.

“I love the playoffs and the pressure,” Giannis said, per Harris Stavrou of Sport 24. “I enjoy pressure, I didn’t care about the result. And now what’s next? Now i know what it takes, now i want to do it again. It’s like challenging myself. I want to please my people even though i have nothing to prove.”

The 26-year-old is set to extend his good moment with the Bucks, and now that they’re the team to beat in the league, the job will get a lot harder. Giannis hasn’t even entered his prime and is already an NBA champion.

The future is bright for him, and if he keeps improving his level, Milwaukee will have plenty of things to celebrate in the next couple of seasons. They’re living a great moment right now, and the Greek player only hopes to extend it as much as possible.
