Joe Rogan Shares What Shaquille O’Neal Does To His Cars: “He Like, Takes Out The Back Seats… Like The Seat Basically Sits Where The Back Seat Should Be. Because He’s So Big.”

The game of basketball is something that requires a lot of talent to master. From having a great skill set to training vigorously, even your average NBA player has gone through that before making it to the league.

But if there is one thing that can vastly boost an athlete’s chances of making it to the NBA, or for that matter, any basketball league is being tall. Even in the 2021-22 NBA season, where the game is no longer dominated by the bigs per se, has an average height of 6’6″.

Although that is the average height of a player, there are many players that surpass that height. NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal is the prime example of this. The Diesel stands at a staggering 7’1″, which definitely gave him an advantage over others on the court.

As a result, O’Neal dominated the league and was an unstoppable force during his prime years. However, have you ever wondered what it’s like to be so tall off the court? It can even impact performing day-to-day tasks which an average person can do with ease.

In a recent podcast, renowned UFC commentator Joe Rogan revealed one such aspect of O’Neal’s life. He talked about the fact that Shaq needs to get custom-made cars since he is so big.

Via Essentially Sports:

Have you ever heard what Shaq does with his cars?. He like, takes out the back seats. I’ve seen like custom cars they’ve made for him. Like the seat basically sits where the back seat should be. Because he’s so big. … We showed a video that day of me and him doing Fear Factor because he was a host on Fear Factor with me one day. Literally, it’s like a six-year-old standing in front of his dad, a gigantic human being.”

When buying a car, there is hardly anyone of us, who would think about taking out the back seats. Because most of us will never face such an issue.

Unfortunately, in Shaq’s case, he has to worry about that due to his gigantic structure. Good thing that he is a multi-millionaire and can easily afford to pay the extra money required to pull off such customizations.
