Lakers Nation Reacts After Anthony Davis Hits Game-Winning Buzzer Beater In Game 2

1 Min Read

Everything has been going right for the L.A. Lakers this postseason, and Game 2 was just another night that ended in their favor.

After the Nuggets mounted a comeback in the second half, many thought they’d end up pulling away with the victory and tie this series 1-1. But, thanks to a game-winner by Anthony Davis, it was the Lakers who came out on top.

It was an amazing shot by AD, who came up big in a huge moment. On Twitter, the Lakers community went wild with excitement and pride, as their team just sits two wins away from the NBA Finals.

Those two points came at the end of a dominant night for Davis, who put up 31 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 assists on 47% shooting. LeBron had a pretty solid night as well with 26, 11, and 4.

L.A. will look to take a commanding 3-0 lead on Tuesday for Game 3 and while the Nuggets will come out desperate, Davis’ recent string of performances should have all of Lakers Nation sleeping comfortably tonight.
