“LeBron James: Man, I Can’t Wait To Go Home” Tweet Went Viral After Another Bad Performance From Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers are going through a crisis right now, struggling to find their touch and good results in the early stages of the 2021/22 NBA season. The purple and gold can’t get things going and with LeBron James and Anthony Davis inactive, the job is harder for the rest of the team.

Russell Westbrook can’t catch a break either, with fans calling him out over his bad performances. This situation has given fans a lot of meme material and recently NBA Memes shared one with LeBron James that went viral.

As the Lakers trailed the Portland Trail Blazers 37-14 in the 2nd quarter, James was caught checking his watch with a frustrated expression. This was enough to create a funny scenario.

AD’s out. Lakers pin their hopes on Westbrook.

LeBron: Man I can’t wait to go home.

Recent results have concerned the Lakers Nation. The team needs to figure things out before it’s too late. Fans are already asking for Westbrook to get traded, but that’s not going to happen.

LeBron is sidelined with an injury and he’ll get back next week. Once that happens, fans expect the team to improve its level and leave this bad moment behind. Still, it’s unclear if LeBron’s the answer to the Lakers’ issues.

Los Angeles is now 5-5, ranking 10th in the Western Conference, suffering big losses in the process. Portland dominated them on Saturday night, worsening their crisis when they expected to be in a good position, competing for the top spots of the West.

Hopefully, they can turn things around and compete in the playoff, although that doesn’t look possible right now.
