LeBron James Responds To Anthony Davis Saying He Is The 3rd Best Shooter On Lakers: “If Someone Said Bet, I’m Going To Take, You Guys Know, Obviously, I’m Going To Take Myself.”

LeBron James has disagreed with Anthony Davis’ remarks saying James was the 3rd-best shooter on the Los Angeles Lakers roster. James has gotten better in every aspect of the game and even his 3-point game has reached the next level.

Bron is often seeing attempting 3-pointers from the logo and actually making them. He recently drained a no-look 3 to win a bet with Dennis Schroder and more. James has been showing his quality behind the arc this season, which probably led AD to make that statement.

Well, James doesn’t think the same way and he replied to Davis, explaining that the Lakers have a series of good shooters that can drain triples whenever they want.

“We got a lot of great shooters on the team,” James said, via TalkBasket. “KCP great shooter. Wes Matthews great shooter. Kuz can shoot the heck out of the ball. Dennis the Menace can shoot the ball as well. AD can shoot the ball. We got a lot of great knock-down shooters.”

Moreover, LeBron explained that he’s always trying to be the best player he can be and if that means he has to take some long-range shots, he won’t run away from that challenge.

“If someone said bet, I’m going to take, you guys know, obviously, I’m going to take myself,” Lakers veteran LeBron James said. “That’s just the competitive nature in me and the work ethic that I put into my shot. I feel real good with my shot both from the free-throw line and also from the three-point line.”

Of course, there are better shooters than LeBron on the Lakers and the league but the King isn’t afraid of taking those shots. He can make them and that’s enough for him. He’s still getting better at 36 and nobody knows when he will stop. James is not Curry but the Lakers know they can count on him when the ball is hot.
