Being the son of LeBron James comes with its own unique pressures. While James has worked very hard to make sure his children are able to receive opportunities that he didn’t have access to growing up. But his kids were also born into fame, even more so now as his sons Bronny Jr. and Bryce pursue their own basketball dreams.

A video of a fan approaching LeBron James’ son Bryce was posted online. Bryce agreed to take a picture with the fan. After a few poses, the fan asked Bryce to make gang signs for a picture, to which Bryce immediately said no, saying that he would not do that.

Bryce clearly wasn’t comfortable participating in gang signages, so he just made sure he outright refused. He didn’t want to endorse gang behavior or align himself with something that could be harmful to himself, his career, and his reputation. It was good that Bryce was aware of his surrounding at the time.

Bryce James To Follow In His Father’s Footsteps?

Bryce James has a lot of hype even though he is still in high school. Much like his brother Bronny Jr., Bryce James wants to follow in his dad’s footsteps and become a basketball player. Bronny will play college basketball this year at USC, whereas Bryce is looking to make a mark at the high school level.

Bryce James, so far, has looked like a player that could find success in the NBA. Fans recently saw a video of him and Carmelo Anthony’s son Kiyan playing together and dominating and noted that they were going to do very well in the future.

James has also attracted the attention of NBA scouts from teams like the Lakers, Suns, and the Heat, who did some preliminary scouting of him. If LeBron James can stay in the NBA till his sons enter the league, we could see the James clan all on the court together.
