Michael Jordan is the GOAT of basketball, but there is so much more to him than that. He is a businessman, a billionaire, and one of the most famous people in the modern history of the world.

Michael Jordan is married to Yvette Prieto, a model, since 2013. Before that, he was married to Juanita Vanoy for most of his playing career and had children with her. Michael Jordan could have gotten any girl he wanted in his adult life, but that seemingly wasn’t the case when he was younger.

“It sounds sad but it’s true,” Michael Jordan said in 1987 when asked about not having any girlfriends in high school. “You know, a lot of guys picked on me and they would do it in front of the girls. They would joke about my haircut and the way I played with my tongue out. You know, just different things. And the girls would kind of laugh at that. And right then, I was dead. I couldn’t get a date with anybody.”

It’s hard to imagine one of the richest and most famous people ever, with some much talent and charisma, struggling to get a date with a girl. A lot of women would give anything to go on a date with Michael Jordan, but all of that only happened once he made a name for himself with basketball. This story is inspirational for any youngsters that don’t feel socially accepted, if they feel like things aren’t going right at a young age, they can always turn it all around like Jordan did if they can mimic his dedication.

Michael Jordan Wasn’t Around Too Many Women Even After He Made It Big For A Different Reason

Michael Jordan’s presence and time were among the most coveted things in the world in the 90s. He became incredibly important, and everybody wanted a piece of him. So despite all his fame and greatness, as John Salley explained, it was still tough for him to just go to a bar and chat with women

“No. You think they’re letting people get to Michael Jordan? You’re tripping… You ain’t getting no stragglers because there are no stragglers. You’re not letting any of that riffraff near the Messiah. He is more important to the NBA than he is to the Bulls that there was nothing around.”

Dennis Rodman revealed that he was more of a playboy than Michael Jordan when they used to hang out too. MJ has lived a very fulfilling life, but when it comes to relationships with women, it’s been far from straightforward.
