From time to time, Michael Jordan’s older son, Jeffrey, posts some throwback pictures of his father on Instagram on Mondays. He did so again last night, sharing a picture of him and his brother Marcus in a bubble bath with their father.

This picture was taken all the way back in 1993 in Jordan’s house in Highland Park, Illinois by Walter Iooss Jr. It can be found in Rare Air, a unique photographic autobiography of Jordan where he opens the door to his inner sanctum. The Chicago Bulls icon has preferred to keep his personal life private, but this allowed fans to get a closer look at him and his family.

Jeffrey was the first son born to Jordan and his first wife, Juanita Vanoy, in 1988. His younger brother Marcus was then born in 1990 and two years later, the couple would have their first daughter and their last child, Jasmine.

Fans Reacted To The Picture

Jeffrey’s post went viral on Instagram and NBA fans absolutely loved the picture, as they felt it was very adorable to see Jordan with his sons.

One loved to see Jordan with his cute sons, “Aww, the GOAT & his cute little sons.”

A fan said this is the cutest picture, “Oh, my goodness. This is the cutest pic.”

Another fan echoed the sentiment of this being a cute picture, “Awww so cute.”

One fan had never seen this one, “Never seen this pic. Now one of my favs.”

Considering this is quite an old picture, it isn’t all that surprising that some might not have seen it before. Jeffrey also shared a couple more pictures of his father on Monday.

It’s a bit incredible to think that Jeffrey is now the lesser-known of Jordan’s sons. His younger brother Marcus is now the one making headlines because he is in a relationship with Larsa Pippen.

There was a time when there was local and national media attention surrounding Jeffrey when he used to play basketball at Loyola Academy. ESPN even broadcasted three of his games nationally in 2007 and Jeffrey would play basketball in college as well. He never went pro, though, instead opting to join Nike’s management training program after college.

Jeffrey And Marcus Jordan Once Scared Their Father By Throwing Rubber Snakes On His Bed

As is the case with most children, Jordan’s two sons were quite mischievous when they were younger. Marcus and Jeffrey once scared Michael by throwing a bunch of snakes on his bed.

“He’s terrified of snakes. My dad is terrified of snakes, literally. There was this one time when my brother and I, we were young, probably like 12 and 14.”

“We got a bunch of rubber snakes, and we threw them in my dad’s room on top of the bed, in the master bedroom. And I’ll never forget when he got home. .. .we were grounded.”

Jordan was completely caught off guard and believed at first that they were real. When he eventually realized they were fake, he went around the house to find out who was behind it. Upon realizing his sons did it, he grounded them.
