NBA Fan Suggests The Knicks Should Sign Ray Allen To Prevent Curry From Breaking His Record: “Knicks Need To Throw Ray Allen A 10-Day And Give Him The Green Light.”

2 Min Read

Stephen Curry can make history tonight when he visits the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, one of his favorite venues to play basketball. Curry has had tremendous games against the Knickerbockers, and everybody hopes he unleashes his power against an underwhelming team.

The Chef left Indiana two 3-pointers away from Ray Allen’s all-time record, and he’s ready to finally break it tonight in the big apple. Of course, Knicks fans aren’t happy with that notion and started to drop ideas about what the team should do to prevent Curry from reaching another milestone in his honored career.

That’s when a fan came up with a hilarious idea that could see the two greatest shooters of all time going at it one more time. This fan suggested the Knicks should offer a 10-day deal to Ray Allen and allow him to take as many 3-pointers as he wants. This would increase his number and leave Curry without the chance of breaking the record at the Madison Square Garden.

More fans joined the conversation, laughing with the idea and praising it, saying it would be really petty from the Knicks, but still could work for the New Yorkers.

Imagine if the Knicks pulled off this move and give Allen, who is currently 46, a new chance in the association only to ruin Curry’s party. As stated before, Steph loves playing at the Garden and this opportunity can be great for him to break Allen’s record and sit atop of an incredible list.

After failing to complete the job in Philadelphia and Indiana, the Warriors continue their road trip. Tonight’s game’s venue is perfect for the point guard to make history again while leading his squad to the 23rd win of the 2021/22 NBA season.
